Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 6 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must include all original parts, accessories, and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Used or assembled items
Return Process
- Contact us at support@furnixfurniture.com within 6 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
